Reporting concerns regarding possible violation of ethical rules and legal regulations or our internal regulations protects our company, its employees, and everyone who represents Kia Slovakia s. r. o.

If you have a concern about compliance with our principles, report it. You may report anonymously, however, if you identify yourself, we are able to use your help during the investigation of your grievance. Your identity and the information you provide will be shared only on necessary basis with individuals responsible for resolving the grievance. Confidentiality and the confidentiality of your identity are guaranteed. Retaliation or sanctions against anyone who in good faith reports the grievance or help resolve such grievance, is absolutely forbidden. Whistleblowers who raise concerns, submit reports or other complaints, or participate in the investigation of reports and complaints, shall not be subject to retaliation in connection with said activity (e.g., hostile, humiliating, or intimidating treatment, imposition of disciplinary action, demotion, limitation of career appointments, salary increases, access to employee benefits, etc.).

 

How to report?

We offer several channels for reporting concerns about possible violations of the principles of our company. Use a channel that is most comfortable for you.

What happens next?

All reports and grievances about compliance in our company will be investigated. The review consists especially of collecting all available related information; analysis of both internal and external documentation, information from free sources and communication with the organizational units of our company. The final stage of the review in which the calculation in the process of investigating obtained evidence is summarised and, if necessary, mainly if the grievance was confirmed, further procedures, corrective measures and recommendations including deadlines for the implementation are proposed to relevant leading employees. Once the deadline has passed, we will perform follow-up for the implementation of the countermeasures. The person raising the concern receives feedback on the outcome (usually delivered by the e-mail or by using the functionality “Status of information processing”).
